Ordered rear LCA bearing kit preinstalled for a 2019 Mustang. Received a cracked drivers side control arm. Despite multiple attempts to contact never heard back from Cortex Racing for a remedy and ended up having to take the stock control arms to a shop and have the bearing pressed out and installed on the original control arm instead. The actual bearings look and work great, the apparent non existent customer service, not so good.
Stopped by to ask the busy shop owner about some fabrication work, very knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking the time out of his busy schedule to help me make a game plan. Nice looking custom fabrication shop for racing chassis and suspension modifications. I'll be back, thanks!
