Eric Robb of Cortex Const. arrived on time and worked quickly. He removed the old AC and cleaned and prepped the opening for the new unit. He installed the new AC, making sure all weather stripping was in place, AC was secure and was working properly. He also cleaned up all the packing material, and took care of the lg box. This is what I would expect from a professional who knows his craft, cares about his client, and enjoys his work. I highly recommend him.
For the past 12 years, Cortex Construction has provided excellent work around the house including fixing the patio and roof, remodeling the kitchen, and other small projects. Eric and his team were extremely professional, communicating in a timely manner and offering honest insight on every matter. They have always arrived on time and provided quality work. I was so pleased with the result that I look forward to any potential work in the future!
OMG! Cortex Construction is awesome. I called them with an emergency and a very small window to get it resolved and not only we they there within 2 hours, but they did more than what I asked for. Communication was easy. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and they took care of my property like it was their own. I will definitely use them again in the future.
