Staff was friendly but workmanship terrible took ring in to have stone replaced and within a few months stone fell out and lost workmanship shoddy lost my business for good will find another jeweler that completes work properly

I am only giving them a 1 because that is the lowest allowed. I took my wedding ring in the get a small gold braid on it reattached. When they gave it back to me they had sanded off the hammered look entirely and the both braids were worn down so much that is some places it was hard to tell it was a braid at all. As far as the reattachment of the braid it looked like a 5 year old tried to solder it back on. When I confronted them about this they said okay we will not charge the $100 we were going to charge you .. then I said... read more
