My experience with the mobile service was delightful it probably would have been better if it wasn’t so cold outside. But, I’ve had this service guy before and he was very knowledgeable and delightful to communicate with. But like I said the weather wasn’t very cooperative. But, beside my service was great! Cortese Ford and Lincoln have been great to do business with. They have excellent sales and service teams. I just use the Cortese Lincoln home mobile service option for the third time and love the convenience. The tech is on time, polite, gets right to work, is knowledgeable, and gives me a complete written report when the service is completed, including filling washer fluid, tire pressure, etc. My husband drove Lincolns for decades and only trusted Cortes for servicing. Their techs are knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Cortese.
