Phenomenal Workmanship- Couldn't Be Happier! I recently contracted Cortese Construction to work on my elderly mothers home in Williamsville. She has a two story cape cod with the tub on the second floor.. this was proving to be difficult for her to bath, not only lifting her leg but getting to the 2nd floor.. so Domenic came in with several ideas on how to make her first floor bath adaptable for her to move more freely. Great job on home addition! Fantastic addition to my house--Phil, one of the sons involved in the company, did a great job overseeing the project. Mike and Jeff were punctual, top flight in their work, and did an outstanding job on every aspect of the addition. Dominic, company owner,( and all around good guy), was accessible, agreeable and always ready to accommodate. I am very pleased with the work done by Cortese- their workers were professional, on-time, hard working, detail oriented, personable and delivered craftmenship they took pride in. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you fo rthe wonderful service your company provided in my mothers home. From the initial contact with you, and throughout the entire project, your attentiveness to our questions and concerns were greatly appreciated. As a senior citizen, these qualities were very important, giving my mother the confidence the project was in good hands. I cannot say enough how wonderful your company is. Your workers were awesome. They are the best workers I have seen in a long time. They know their jobs and did it very well. I as a manager wish I could get people to work like them. Everyday they did a good job. They always showed up on time and when they left they always cleaned up. They were slightly more expensive then others, however, top notch quality for the money. Five stars.
I requested find, fix and repair damaged kitchen/dining room leak. the find and repair was done in about four days. My request was to complete by a specific fifth day. there was another contractor who promised to accept to fix but reneged. It threw the scheduled fix off by two days. Friday came and went. Monday came and went and on Tuesday got a commitment from This contractor to fix the leak on Wednesday when I would not be home. I trust the work will be done correctly.
