Yesterday I arrived at 1:24 pm upon entering the business I looked at floor models knowing my appointment wasn't for another 6 minutes I helped myself to a water and coffee and proceeded to wait, About 15 minutes goes by and not one of the employees acknowledged me. I had the absolute best experience purchasing my Tuscadero Pink ,Jeep Sahara from Cortese. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and was met with the friendliest customer service. The entire experience was amazing. The dealership is family owned and operated and the atmosphere is inviting , the whole team is impeccable. Never ever again would I take my truck to your service center a lesson taught runnnn don't go I'm telling you .
My truck was just here for a battery replacement and honestly I had no problems other than it took a few days for them to get it done. Brought my truck back because it would not start again and the lack of communication at this place is absolutely infuriating. I let them know the first day that the truck was towed over and the issues it was having by the end of the day. My service advisor told me he were trying to look at it tomorrow and get back to me.
