We were in Rochester for a visit when our car showed check engine light and wouldn't go into any gear. Cortese made us an appointment for 2 days later when all other Jeep dealers in the area couldn't fit us for 10 days. Getting status updates was difficult on Friday, and it wasn't fixed until Monday, but in the end they found identified an issue with the battery.
