Well run and very helpful. The nurses are invaluable. The front desk is excellent. The only issue we have here is often GP's come here for a "rural" experience and have no idea how the clinic works. We expect you to sit down to talk to us, this clinic is also partly urgent care in the back bc there is no hospital here, meds only come twice a week via ferry - things like that. I have dealt with SO many visiting doctors who literally have NO clue how things are done here. They need to be educated around our rural ways so they ... read more

Very kind and helpful. I’m grateful they are on the island - and have a pharmacy- as it’s two ferries to the next nearest clinic.

I’ve had mostly pleasant experiences with this clinic, for bloodwork only, and had no issues in the past, however, I had recently spoken to Heidi at reception and she was very rude and short with me on the phone when I was simply just trying to get information and some more bloodwork done. It felt very unprofessional, she kept cutting me off and then instantly said they don’t do that kind of bloodwork I needed done when I’ve gotten it done here before, without explaining why she said they wouldn’t do it.
