I love my 2024, Model 17 Cortes Camper! She towes like a dream, and has plenty of room for needed items. The storage hatches are large and upper hatches are all open and connected to allow for storage of items that may be longer (fishing poles). The interior is so clean and open feeling due to the double fiberglass hull. Cleaning is very simple by just wiping down walls. Shower is quite large and roomy. Cortes campers took our deposit for a futuro house franchise . We were so pleased to see their futuro prototype there at the factory in Euclid, Ohio where they also make their campers. The problem is that they never provided promised code complient plans needed to actually get the future houses approved by our local building department (we wanted to build one ourselves) or anybody who would buy one to build in TN. Didn't keep their promises on their futuro houses. (Update) The futuro houses are made by cortes campers and they share the same manufacturing facility where they also make their campers. (See pictures attachments posted) We had a tour of the facility. We paid our deposit to cortes camper, so claiming they are not the same company is not true. The Cortes camper is great. Easy to tow with its lightweight and suspension. Takes little time to setup.
