I only give Cortes a 2 star because in general the trailer is 'solid'. However, getting a hold of someone at the company to do warranty repairs is next to impossible. We purchased our trailer in October 2023 in PA. We had issues from the beginning with leaking windows. After 9 months of pestering, Cortes finally replaced one window. When it was returned from the repair facility, we noticed a second window leaking. It took another 9 months to get that window replaced. We recently toured the Cortes Camper facility and were highly impressed! First and foremost, I can’t say enough good things about the staff working there! Not only were they very knowledgeable about the campers, but they were also very friendly. I bought my Cortes 17 (2022 model, but new on the dealer's lot) in August of 2024, used it on a trip to Texas and Florida in Dec 2024 and January 2025. I am about to take it on an extended trip to Atlantic Canada for most of the summer. I like the trailer, but there are a number of things that were not well thought out, for example: 1) The rear bumper is hollow and has end cap that come off.
