The apartment management has failed to maintain my upstairsâ unit in a safe, decent, sanitary, and habitable condition specially for my 2-month old baby due to dust, noise, and debris from the roof replacement took placed between 6/30/2008 to 7/10/2008. I had to take days off from work to move my family out during that time.
Nice Apartments and Wonderful Service We lived in these apartments twice and have such a wonderful experience. The first time we lived there for 3 years and then ventured out to buy and then had a big problem and everything fell to shambles and lived with family before deciding we needed to rent again so we went back to the place we love. Corta Bella Apartments. They accepted us with open arms again and were wonderful about it. Stay else where! would not recommend this place to anyone! The management rented to a very noisy neighbor below. The man would talk very loudly at all hours in the morning, and could be heard from upstairs. Every weekend his kids would come and stay with him. Starting at 7am in the morning you can hear them yelling, their dog barking, slamming bathroom door, bedroom doors and the front door. I have complained to the management office several time. All they would do is call him or write him a letter about the problem. Since J... read more
Aweful place! If you want to have problems and troubles and overpay for it, this is a right place for you to go. Corte Bella management is only about making money, they don't care about the clients. This place is expensive and is not worth it. They have inspections all the time, they can enter any time they want to, like in a boyscout camp. The fitness center is pathetic, the equipment is old and primitive. Parking is a HUGE problem, extra garage will cost you 75$, otherwise parking is your problem.
