Terrible communication. They do not return phone calls or emails. If you end up with any issues or problems, you will be completely on your own. Beware!
Love my sofa! It is well built and will last a long time. Communication was great!
Extremely disappointed with the post purchase follow-up. Obviously there have been significant global production challenges however the lack of follow up from the owners around when our couch will be completed has been very disappointing. We purchased and paid for in full our couch December 12th 2020. We continue to hear excuse after excuse via text from from owners wife about delays. Delivery of bad news is all about positioning.
