Bad customer service and failure to pick up furniture on time.
I purchased a slightly used dining room set from here 4.5 years ago & I’m just now having to replace it. It was definitely a good investment for $300 🤷🏽♀️
Much of the furniture is falling apart and nearly unusable. If you use them inspect the furniture and send back anything that is unacceptable.
