Rented furniture from them while in Austin. The staff seems friendly, but they sneakily tried to up-sell me on everything. For instance, I asked for the $30/mn bed, but they quietly changed it to the $60/mn bed and tried to make me sign the agreement. Lots of hidden charges too, such as "damage insurance," which doesn't even cover theft or normal wear-and-tear. (they make you pay for scratches n' stuff at the end). Pick up was annoying. I had a great experience at CORT. They were very friendly and helpful and the furniture I bought from the clearance center was in great condition! I would shop here again.

They appear nice, but once they get your money they don't return calls and will not help. I spent approximately 2000 dollars on furniture outfitting my house. Two months later my residence is infested with bed bugs from the furniture I had bought at CORT. Now I either spend 1200 dollars on exterminator treatments or throw my furniture away. I have contacted the BBB and the Texas Board of Health. BEWARE CORT!
