Website shows stock photos, so you can’t be sure of any damage to the used items without going to the store. Purchased a “used” table online. It seemed like a great deal, and in hindsight it was too good to be true. Per the website, “Used means: You may notice one or two imperfections, such as light scratches or color-matched minor surface repair.” There are 11 orange spots or burn marks on the surface that won’t come out. I had been corresponding with Jay Freeman went to view the furniture in person on lunch to see what I was selecting online. Walked in walked the whole store two times no one waved or greeted me. Then when I introduce myself to Jay from the email of inventory I was interested in purchasing today. He stated a couple items could not be located with the product number provided from the online.
