I ordered two preowned area rugs (Shang Red 9'x9' & Shang Black 10'x10') And the actual products I picked and brought back are BOTH only 5'x7'. The man on the phone claimed, "someone must have made a mistake on the website and the prices don't make sense." I asked that he needs to replace them with the sizes they advertise but he responded that he doesn't have them in his location. Where's the trust???
