recently brought furniture to CORT Furniture Outlet on Bloomfield Street and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Lisa was incredibly helpful from start to finish — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. It's rare to find customer service this good. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy or sell furniture. Ask for Lisa — you won't be disappointed!
We needed some office dividers, but were not wanting to break the bank. One quick call to the awesome ladies at Cort and found out they had exactly what we needed. Much cheaper than anything online. I drove over and they had everything ready for me when I got there. They greated me as if they had known me for years. We are moving my daughter to New Orleans and we found the best furniture place! The used furniture has been cleaned, sanitized, and 100% free of smells. There is some wear and tear, often very minor, which lets you buy high-quality furniture at discount prices. There is a HUGE selection, grouped into bedroom sets, office sets, etc, and decorated with rugs and lamps and such, so you can really get a feel for how things can be set up, as well as design ideas. The padded headboard and mirror that I purchased at different times from Cort were previously used items but looked almost brand new. Merdis Williams was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help me! Her customer service was top notch! Clarence Smith wrapped my mirror with care and carefully loaded it into my car for me. Great prices for quality furniture, excellent service… can’t ask for better than that! I will be back!
