I recently visited Corstorphine Dental Centre for dental cleaning and to have retainers made. The entire experience was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and very welcoming, which made the process efficient and comfortable from start to finish. The quality of care was clear throughout, and I left feeling confident in the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality dental care!
Impossible to reach by phone to amend or make appointments- for months I have found the phones never answered or you get prerecorded message 'you cannot leave a message at the moment' before it cuts you off, forcing you to come in. They have the nerve to demand £40 for missed appointments or ones you cant cancel in 24 hrs. Oh, and they give you 20mins notice of cancelled appointments on top, ie whilst you're already on your way there!
Excellent staff and service
No complaints from me. They’ve been very welcoming and the dentist was first class. Super friendly explained everything very simply and talked me through everything they was doing. I imagine it could have been really painful had I not gone to such a light handed good dentist!
