"You're just an NHS patient" - why accept NHS patients if they are beneath you?? Rude reception team and dentists with absolutely no care for their LOWLY patients! Ironically I would have been more than willing to pay for private dentistry if offered. I registered with another practice on Tuesday and I have already had my root canal treated.
Fabulous staff on reception. Always busy but never too busy to smile and greet you. Emma is just the best! What a hygienist and pure friendly!
