My 97 year old mother is at Independence Village in Brighton. We are now engaged in our 2nd round of visiting nurses with Progress at Home. Our visiting nurse Stefanie has been outstanding! Great communication and interaction with Nurse Practitioner & Doctor. They also provide social workers, I just spoke with Grace for the first time today.
