I lived at corso for almost 3 years. My first year was fine, until when renewal time came around the 1,200$ rent went up to almost 1,500. Like an idiot i stayed but moved into a 2 bed 2 bath that was 1,600$. The first year was okay but that apartment was disgusting. nothing was cleaned which is crazy because they charge such a high cleaning fee for a company to come in to clean. Epic staff and excellent amenities!!
We moved here in February and it has been the best living situation we have ever had. The staff is amazing and helpful in any situation we may have. We plan to stay here for quite a long time.
