Charged me $800 to fix a leaky toilet, it leaks a little slower now and they refuse to fix it. They claim that "it's supposed to leak".

They come out pretty quickly, but their prices can be a little high on certain things. They did fix our toilet clogged and put in new hot water lines.
They fixed several problems (hot water heater and leaks) efficiently and got our plumbing up and running quickly.
