If I could give them zero stars I would. They are inconsistent with their business hours and their staff is obnoxious. I've given them several chances, and they never improve.
I had my grandfather take my leather man jacket here because I was at work. Mind you my jacket was new had only been worn a few times to work and back home. It was a red and white leather man jacket.. sent to the cleaners only to clean the little dirt spots off the white leather part went to get jacket left in bag next morning I took out the bag and looked at it, it had blue spots on the jacket which I never had anything blue in or on the jacket.
