No one EVER answers the phone and does not return calls after leaving messages either. Not sure if anyone actually works in office. Very scary when you rely on these people to do their jobs when it comes to getting refills on your child's mental health medications.
Finding a mental health care facility is very daunting and I have been with Cassie for a long time and I just have to say she is incredible and works really well with me. A lot of really great options for remote therapy. I cannot say or stress enough how great it is to have found a great therapist.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the service. The person on the phone was very impolite, and the messages I conveyed were not promptly passed on to the rest of the staff. Avoiding this place and looking for another option to save your time would be best.
My partner went here for help with his mental health, and was greeted with a therapist that not only misgendered him from the get go, but treated him as though his queer identity was the only possible source for his mental health struggles. He was invalidated his entire visit, interrupted consistently, and treated in a transphobic manner, despite being a cis man and presenting as such.
