Nice, kinda friendly people. Fairly quick unload time. Had an 11a.m appointment arrived early and was given a dock door at arrival and unloaded. Was done and gone almost 2 and a half hours before my actual appointment time. No real overnight parking small lot and kinda tight backing for the first 5 dock doors. Overall I would go back.
Went to the wrong side of the building and a woman came out and made a few phone calls and got me straight, extremely helpful..
Quite literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are the distributor of Sparrow Peak butcher block between Sparrow Peak and Lowe’s. They inserted the wrong tracking number on the order, then were not reachable for weeks, then simply said we have to cancel the order and reorder, causing an entire house build to be put on hold because this butcher block was going to be used in several areas of the house. Now we are having to use a different product entirely.
