My Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX pump is defective, blinking red. Contacted Corsair and was answered quickly (though not all questions were answered). Anyways, I could use Advanced RMA or Regular. Regular was not an option as I can do any work for several days on my computer obviously. So I asked for Advanced RMA (or whatever it's called). Company turned terrible, their software is junk and their hardware is worse
Paid almost $5k for a top-of-the-line gaming rig. It was great for about a year, but then things started breaking. Support is absolutely terrible. It's clear they don't care if they help you or not. When the SSD drive died (one of the first things that went wrong), they wanted me to send the entire PC in to replace it. I can't go for weeks without my PC!
