Just picked up my Victory Cross Country. They let me know that the bike had been damaged and immediately accepted full responsibility. I really expected to see some major damage to the bike when I arrived. The bike was tipped over and the edge of the gas tank struck a metal pole. It kept the bike from going all the way over but did put a small dent in the corner of the tank near the seat.
