DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I’ve moved in since 2021 and everytime it rains the ceiling leaks from the light. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME!!!! And everytime I report it, they say it is fixed and a few month later when it rains it’s leaking again. All they do is raise the rent and don’t fix anything. My husband and I have lived here at Jefferson Village for 20 yrs. We recently retired and moved away. It was great place to live and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Shout out to manager Sue who has always been helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a parking situation which I called corporate office for spoke to Amanda, When I first moved in they claim I signed paperwork regarding a parking ticket that if I lost/miss placed there is a $200.00 charge which I was never notified of. They claim it’s all in the paperwork I signed however my lease signing was very rushed and at the time of they made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. 2 years in living now I need to park in the back of the apartments and I am being told I can’t without that sticker unless I pay 200$.
