One of the worst car buying experiences ive ever had. They had my dream car, 2012 C63 AMG coupe. first off it took me 2 days to just get a hold of someone, and when i finally did, it was phone tag. Worst experience for buying a car I’ve EVER experienced!!! My husband was planning on buying his dream car (Mercedes c63) which they had one on the lot and he was willing to trade in for AND put a down payment on. He was told no problem. He was told all they had to do was run his credit and wait to hear back from the financial department. Not only did they not give him updates on his credit being ran but they ran it twice!!! This dealership knows their stuff. 2nd car i’ve bought from them already and no complaints. Customer service post sale was on point as well, unlike most dealers that will leave you in the dark. Serviced it in house before delivery & got me a great warranty as well. George and his guys are masters at what theyre doing.
