I am very disappointed with the customer service. I can never get ahold of Cory and the people I do talk to from his office never seem to know what is going on. My last experience was incredibly unpleasant. I will be switching insurance providers.
We have had Cory for over 30 years as our agent. He and his staff are the best and have NEVER let us down on any claim.
Corry was fantastic! We experienced a devastating situation at our property, and Corry was so helpful with the process and helping us make sure that all bases were covered every step of the way.
