I agree with a review I seen about zero stars terrible experience if you are experiencing life threatening illnesses go to a real er not one that does not prioritize its patients even with the waiting room with no one in it we have sat for hrs with no help
Over the years I’ve had some pretty unhappy experiences but the last few times I’ve had to go or take someone else’s it’s been ok the new doctors are great I think The wait sucked but it’s because they go by priority and everyone thinks they are the first priority I mean that’s why we are there right? But it’s still faster than the drive and waiting elsewhere
Dr John S was terrible, I had severe back pain and he didn’t check my back, he was trying to deny me an x ray and got smart with my mom; didn’t check my back all he did was sit on his stool and listen to my lungs. Came in with level 5-6 pain and left with the same pain. Gave me no medicine nothing. We were there for 4 1/2 hours and all I had done was Covid swab and X-ray. Wasn’t very busy in there.
Place is a joke, don’t take your children if you have a serious concern. Front desk woman was snotty, ER nurse told me to tell my 2 year old to “suck it up buttercup” and ER doctor is just as bad. Aweful people who shouldn’t be in healthcare, as they don’t care about their patients. No empathy no compassion not even basic human decency. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
Almost entirely useless. Bonehead ER doctor and staff.
