Waited for almost an hour in exam room wondering if others are moving ahead in line. Other visits have been great, except this one. Received explanation only after I asked what's up.
UPDATED - SEE BELOW. We used this practice for our 3 dogs for over 5 years. Upon annual exam when we voiced concerns (i.e. severe reverse sneezing occurring everyday and increasing in frequency) it was blown off as "normal". After 4 months we insisted on a full exam with blood work and xrays ($900). The exam was done away from our view. We were told the doctor did the exam in the back while our dog was getting xrays and blood work. We were told it was allergies (yet the dog had no skin problems) and the vet was "confident" t... read more

They’ve lost me and my three dogs as customers. Horrible customer management. If someone can’t see you within an hour+ of a scheduled appointment, you should be told something. Really poorly managed. I’ve put up with it in the past, but I’m done with them this time.
