Rude, uncaring to both animals and people. You know it must not be good when animals do not even like the veterinarian. I personally do not recommend, which is sad because this town really could use a good vet that is out to listen and help people, not bully, intimidate, and show how much she knows over how little you do. I don't take pleasure in giving 1 star to a small-town local business, but unfortunately this one is deserved.
I parked in their parking lot with my truck and trailer to run into Tim Hortons to get take out. With in minutes an employee of Corry Companion walked in yelled out to restaurant “whose truck is parked in my lot”? With my 10 year old son next to me I acknowledged and was scolded by her that they open at 8 am. In my opinion this is part of the reason small town business’s get suffocated because of their small minded thinking that their small way of thinking. The staff was good, the vet took the time to actually listen to what I was saying. Then the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate that.
Dr Konzel is fantastic. Very good to my animals and her skill set is unmatched in the region.
She did everything she knew to help us save our dog. Unfortunately it wasnt enough but we are great full to her for the help.
