Corron's Trash Removal

Corron was a good service provider but the business was sold to Waste Industries and that has been nothing but disappointment. Waste Industries also uses trucks labeled Harford Sanitation and the debris blowing around the neighborhood is unacceptable. Service is unreliable. Note that Corron retired and that company is closed although, the trash bins have not been replaced or relabeled. You may see a container with the Corron name but it is Waste Industries servicing them. That's more of a 2-star provider. Corron's should be ... read more

Called about a month and a half ago to set up a new account. I was told to set my trash out Sunday nights and Wednesday nights. And that I would be getting a Corron's trash can. Well since then I still haven't received my trash can and I've only had my trash picked up once. I've called and called and called! When I do call I never get answered so I leave a message with my name and number and I still don't receive a phone call back. Two weeks in a row they didn't pick up my trash. Tried calling after the first time but they are really hard to get a hold of. Finally after the second time I was able to talk to someone. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that the owner drove by my house the morning that trash was due and that the can was not out. I told her this simply is not true that I took the can out at about 8 pm the night before. She then said that it must have been too far off the road and they didn't see it.
