Dr Castello was very dismissive and combative. She was difficult to engage with and not willing to provide further medical advice. The previous doctor I saw there was very helpful. However, if I heard she was working that day I would not go back. She should reflect on her bedside manner and role in supporting vulnerable sick people.
Took my daughter there 8:30am on a Wednesday. Only had to wait about 10min. The doctor was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. Left feeling safe & reassured. Thanks team!
Took my mum there on advisement from a home nurse. The wait wasn't that long triage nurse was lovely as well as the Dr that had seen my mother
It was my first visit to seek urgent medical care and I was very impressed with the fast, efficient and kind service. Additionally, having many different medical services under one roof was helpful rather than having to drive to get further blood testing or imaging done. There was also lots of parking available.
