Dr Harry is such a kind man which makes him a great doctor. He always listens and because of this he sent me for tests that found a problem that has now been solved before I even knew I had it. Thank you Dr Harry for your caring professionalism and your amazing empathy and outlook on life.

Okay, so not an ideal situation here, but I believe things happen for a reason. I was seeing Dr. Pooja Sarangam, who unfortunately always seemed to be in a rush, and I never felt I received the minimum attention anyone would expect. I completely understand how busy things can get, but as patients, we expect at least a basic level of empathy, especially from a health professional. I saw dr mark Evans on Christmas Eve 2024 because my regular dr was closed until mid January. He was rude and made assumptions. I had severe back pain. He told me he wasn’t prescribing any pain killers and told me to get onto the floor and do exercises. I am 68 yrs old, don’t normally take pain medication and it turns out I had spinal fractures. I was in pain until mid January when my dr came back from holidays and ordered scans. In my opinion dr Evans was negligent and had no duty of care.
