Okay, so not an ideal situation here, but I believe things happen for a reason. I was seeing Dr. Pooja Sarangam, who unfortunately always seemed to be in a rush, and I never felt I received the minimum attention anyone would expect. I completely understand how busy things can get, but as patients, we expect at least a basic level of empathy, especially from a health professional.
