Worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, it’s definitely transparent that they are contracted by the Livingston County Police. They all act like they entirely loath their jobs, and take it out on each, and everyone of the customers that they encounter. Every single interaction with any of the employees was entirely awful. On one of the coldest days of the year, I came home to a house that was 45 degrees. It was 10pm at night so I called the company. They said that the driver was supposed to deliver on the 21st but Jordan had cancelled it due to lack of payment. I never got a letter in the mail, a phone call saying it was cancelled or any correspondence. Granted I have been on budget pay for the past 3 years and I had paid on the 21st with 11 more days to pay for the month. I have been a customer for 8 years, always pre buy and auto fill. Corrigan continuously lets my tank run so low I have to call them and demand a truck come fill it. I have already paid for the propane. If the tank gets to 20% it can cause damage to the furnace and occupants health. Corrigan does not seem to know this, or if they do, do not care.
