My wife and I have been dealing with Lance Brenner of Corridor Mortgage for years. He has written three loans over the past ten years for us with excellent terms. There was one hiccup on our last loan (caused by the closing company) which required a small extra fee. He even dug into his own pocket to cover the fee. Lance is a stand up honest guy that that will get you the best deal possible. He is the only guy in town to deal with when it comes to home loans. Ask for him if you call Corridor.
I want to take just a moment to mention what an awesome job Hersel Lawson has done for me. On November 24th, I received a ratified contract for my buyer, got it over to Hersel the next afternoon, and in two days he had it approved by underwriting subject to the appraisal coming in at value.
