This guy (Cameron Cronk) is a very honest and good guy. I have never met him before and I gain absolutely nothing from writing this review. I have closed with lenders on several properties over the past 5 years, and he is very good (top 2 out of maybe 15 or so). Solved issues on closing, and was willing to go to bat for me regarding pushback on rates, timelines, etc which I did not expect. Will be my first call in the future. Justin has been a pleasure to work with. Communication was on point and also was able to teach me about different aspects of the products offered. Great experience overall getting me to the finish line with my DSCR loan.
