I inadvertently ordered the wrong height table. Though the web store I originally purchased them from was initially less than helpful (a separate company from Correll), Dianne went above and beyond, found the part I needed to fix my problem, elevated it to her boss, and even contacted the other company with the necessary information to get my order right. She was friendly and helpful. We will buy as many products as possible from Correll!!
