I would not recommend using Mr.Corell’s services. He is at best incompetent and at worst corrupt. Only he knows the truth. Within a 6 month period he went from appraising the same property at 1.6mm before lawyers got involved, to 3.8mm once hired by an attorney. I would be happy to revise this review if Mr. Correll would like to justify his actions. Until then I can only recommend you stay away.
