Dr. Kaplan is very patient and kind. He does not rush through your appointments and only wants the very best outcome for his patients. Dr. Kaplan explains in detail your findings, diagnosis and steps needed to achieve a successful treatment plan. He does not hurry to do surgery until he corrects all underlying problems! I am extremely happy with his care and the care of CorrectVision Laser Institute!
