Very nice and friendly staff. Dr. Kaplan is very professional and friendly as well. Not a long wait at all.
Dr Kaplan recently took over my MOM as her Ophthalmologist. As her daughter, I am very pleased with Dr Kaplan services. He’s very patient, takes his time to explain the procedure and follow up care visits. Although the Office can get very busy at times, he understands not to be in a rush with elderly patients. On my Mom first visit, Dr Kaplan even said some things in French & Creole when noticing that my Mom also spoke another language. Mom and i are very happy with Dr Kaplan joining your eyes care teams ! Dr Kaplan is a wonderful, knowledgeable ophthalmologist. He discussed our eye conditions and treatment, inspired confidence. He is not condescending. My husband and I followed him from another practice.
