Horrible customer relations and lack of empathy. She gave me a discount if I paid ahead. I paid her $1000!!! We did two sessions, she reached out to see if I wanted to get my $500 back because I didn’t immediately go back due to some reasons. I told her no, I’d come back and we could continue I didn’t need money back cos I wanted the facials. I also bought products from her. I became sick with hyperemesis. Jacynth the Esthetician was knowledgeable, attentive, and customized the treatment perfectly for my skin’s needs. My skin is now glowing, hydrated, and refreshed after the 1st session. When I went back to work my coworkers noticed how nice my skin was. Highly recommended!
