Mya is literally amazing!!! She has helped my right shoulder pain/neck pain so much! I have free movement without pain for the first time since surgery!! Cannot recommend her enough!!

Simply put, Mya is the best therapist I have ever met. I’ve had many massages all over the valley, but Mya is in a different league. She helps release any soreness or tightness I might have almost instantly using specific techniques meant for that muscle group. She goes deeper than most therapist but entirely pain free. She does a combination of a deep massage as well as body work that completely releases any sort of stiffness or pain that I felt coming in. I feel like I struck gold finding Mya.

Mya is Fantastic. As my teenager would say, she's Dope-Fire-Sic. Mya is friendly, listens to your issues - concerns and tailors her technique to your specific needs. She is very experienced, and has a great understanding of the various muscle groups and connective tissues. Mya definitely has the strength to workout those pesky knots.

Mya is professional, does a great job communicating with her clients and provides a relaxing clean atmosphere. She is very good at finding and releasing tension and knots. I play hockey and she keeps me going. I would recommend her, especially if your are an athlete.
