I have been around jail maintenance for 20+ years and this company has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would rather deal with the IRS than these people.
It was good for McDonald's and they flexed and made a lunch item after hours.
Good luck with this company. Tried to get a quote for equipment purchase and repair. Not able to get anyone to answer the phone return calls or emails. Great way to do business. Giving them 1 star is far to much.
