Great first experience! I was greeted when I arrived and brought to the shared waiting area which was cozy with nice touches. The intake process was thorough and the explained everything clearly including how laser hair removal works and package options. The treatment itself was super quick (underarms) and completely painless (just a little warmth). The technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall a smooth easy coat and I’d definitely recommend!

I signed up to the online discovery package for red light therapy which included the first session.. I was skeptical and unsure until I got there and spoke with Joelle. She has all the knowledge you need and her team is so friendly that you feel like home! I ended signing up for a bigger package and will leave another review at the end! So excited and highly recommend!
