This is the worst system setup for inmates. They will take your money out of your bank or off your credit card and then state it’s your institution fault it was declined. They’ve tied up a lot of my money and then State there’s nothing they can do. Be cautious with this company because nothing will get resolved even with a supervisor on the line. Also, I was informed by a supervisor that they use a 3rd party to process the payments, maybe they should take a look into who they’ve hired to handle these payment transactions. Go... read more
