Bringing my vehicle to this place has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It took over a month to replace the front bumper and ac condenser, yes, 1 month and half to be exact on my Jeep to be done after a minor collision at around 20mph. Their only excuse of the owner(Juan) is always "it will be ready tomorrow" and he will keep the same excuse for weeks to fix something simple that could be done in a couple days. Be careful with his place. A friend brought his car here to fix small scratches due a rear small collision and this guys took 3 weeks just to fix the scratches and rear taillight; on top of that, they do not finish the work properly. A job that should have taken couple days at most, turned into almost month long headache.
Juan and his team always provide excellent customer service. If there is any delays or issues, they communicate it immediately. I have gotten several cars repaired here and so has my entire family.
Every once in a while, you come across people who go above and beyond — not just by offering quality service, but by showing genuine care for their community and simply helping people. I found myself frantically pulling over with my children after they started screaming because they saw a roach in the car. Juan did excellent work on my 2009 civic after a total he worked with me to straighten the sub frame and paint my car. While I've found other shops that won't do small parts of a job he was willing and has excelent prices!
