We contacted Correct Choice after being underwhlemed by other companies and so glad we did. Craig and the whole team were fab from start to finish and the windows are exactly what we wanted. Amazing experience all round. Craig is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in detail, went through all our options clearly and without bias. The communication from the team was super throughout and the installation team were fantastic. Everything was left clean at the end of every day and Mark was really helpful answering my husbands questions about potential future projects. We will definitely be coming back to Correct Choice when it's time to do the rest of the windows.
I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it. From Emma sorting out the dates to the lads fitting which was smooth and well managed. The windows are exactly what we asked for and fitted to a really high standard. Craig is no nonsense and straight to the point, exactly what we like. Highly recommended.
We almost went with a bigger national company, but so glad we didn’t. Correct Choice felt personal, approachable, no hard sell, and the quality of the windows is top notch. You can just tell they’re built to last. From start to finish its been a pleasure.
