Terrible, Dr. Dana Correale was very unhelpful. She did no further research into my chart at all about what could actually affect my given treatment. Which none of my health background actually do have any bad affects with it, after getting many second opinions. She just literally denied treatment in totality.
Interacted with Dr. Correale through the Musely app for extremely dry and chapped lips side effect I was having to the product I was applying to my underarms. She disregarded my concerns and refused to acknowledge that I could be having a reaction to the product. I am glad I discontinued the product on my own and did not rely on her advice to essentially continue the product "as long as you are not applying it to your face." All of my symptoms resolved upon discontinuing the product.
I have always been very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of Dr Correale. She is patient and listens to all of my questions and concerns. Her staff is also very helpful and kind!
Staff is good
Terrible place. The full body exam took less time than it did to get changed. Bad communication. Always probems with billing. I’m surprised they still have patients—perhaps their past reputation is what’s keeping them going.
