Staff is good
Terrible place. The full body exam took less time than it did to get changed. Bad communication. Always probems with billing. I’m surprised they still have patients—perhaps their past reputation is what’s keeping them going.
I had been to this practice in the past for myself, as well as my daughter. My most recent visit was a cosmetic consultation to explore procedures to improve the appearance of scars. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and was very dismissive. I made a point of checking the time as I entered the exam room; when I was leaving the office with papers in hand, less than 10 minutes had elapsed. I won’t be back.
At my May, 2025 body check appointment, I questioned a dry, flaky patch on my cheek which was dismissed by the PA as “nothing”. She did not check it with her viewer. I felt the entire visit was very rushed and not thorough. 7 months later I had it reevaluated by another dermatologist (not a PA) and a biopsy confirmed squamous cell carcinoma which resulted in surgical removal and a nasty 6” scar on my face. 0 stars for Cheshire Dermatology.
