Interacted with Dr. Correale through the Musely app for extremely dry and chapped lips side effect I was having to the product I was applying to my underarms. She disregarded my concerns and refused to acknowledge that I could be having a reaction to the product. I am glad I discontinued the product on my own and did not rely on her advice to essentially continue the product "as long as you are not applying it to your face." All of my symptoms resolved upon discontinuing the product.
I have always been very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of Dr Correale. She is patient and listens to all of my questions and concerns. Her staff is also very helpful and kind!
Staff is good
Terrible place. The full body exam took less time than it did to get changed. Bad communication. Always probems with billing. I’m surprised they still have patients—perhaps their past reputation is what’s keeping them going.
I had been to this practice in the past for myself, as well as my daughter. My most recent visit was a cosmetic consultation to explore procedures to improve the appearance of scars. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and was very dismissive. I made a point of checking the time as I entered the exam room; when I was leaving the office with papers in hand, less than 10 minutes had elapsed. I won’t be back.
