We absolutely love it when the pool is open for the summer and try to go as many times as we can before it closes for the season. Lifeguards are very attentive and set a good tone for safety. The pool was sparkling since it was the first day of the season. Wish the bathrooms were a bit more updated. Some toilet stall doors don’t close/latch.
Hands down bad service to the fullest! I wrote the director WEEKS ago and waited patiently for the curiosity of a response but NO! First time I had no issues, it’s small fit for toddlers but dirty bathroom/showers. Second time I just got there around 3 pm. Mind you they close at 5. I changed my two toddlers into their swim suit walk out to where the pool is and the water shuts off completely and everyone gets out of the pool.
