Took my car there for wheel alignment. I paid $109, including taxes and credit card charges expecting a quick and professional job. Instead I got a headache. The alignment was done so poorly that my car pulled to one side even worse than before. Customer service was just as bad unhelpful and dismissive. This place is the absolute BEST mechanic shop I've ever experienced!! They're nice, HONEST, and most importantly not sheisty AT ALL... which is extremely hard to find these days especially with "mechanics" in this area! Absolutely 100 percent recommend them! Awesome ppl!
I pay $160 cash for alignment and balancing the tire and they didn’t do anything on my car in the diagnostic they tell me the i have to change some parts i have to leave the shop without getting the car fixed. But I did pay as I said for poor service If you want good service I recommend go to KEN’S TIRES INC. I when there and the same service WAS $85 and more more better quality without charging any parts. Im not get it paid for this just want to let you know. Just feel disappointed for this place
