For 3 years i used corr on a pay as you go, then 2 years ago I signed a 2 year contract. for the first year I could not ask for a better service. then another co. bought them out now 1/4 of my calls are dropped and no one will do anything. I have talked to everyone.2months im out of corr my contract I will never use them again
I CONSISTENTLY GET TERRIBLE SERVICE, EVEN WITH 5 BARS!! SALESMAN SAID THEY BEAM OFF AT&T AND VERIZON TOWERS WITH THEIR NATIONAL PLAN..wHAT A JOKE.THEY SAY ITS A PHONE PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PHONE TWICE. IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE!!! ALL I GET IS A BUNCH OF BS FROM THE DEALER ABOUT HOW THEY R WORKING ON IT.I GAVE THEM THE BENNEFIT OF DOUBT FOR 14 DAYS AND NOW IM LOCKED I A CONTRACT WITH CRAPPY SERVICE!!! MY PHONE SHOWS T-MOBILE SERVICE 3/4 THE TIME WHEN ROAMING.IM IN GEORGIA AND ITS TERRIBLE IN THE ROME AREA.
Do not ever, ever go to Corr Wireless.They have terrible customer service, to the point of being abusive. You are never allowed to speak to a supervisor about a problem. I got three Blackberries from them and none of them worked - and their Blackberry "experts" have no more training than I do. Don't use Corr Wireless!!
I have been paying my bills and CorrWireless cut off my service stating I did not pay my bill. I pay my bills online & Wachovia stated check "arrived" no later than the 16th (I did the transaction 4 or 5 days earlier). I provided it to CorrWireless 3 times by fax and once in person. Corr said it was my fault & I still do not have service (my 3 kids were stranded as a result). The customer service line hung up on me twice on Thursday & stated "go ahead" change services. This cell phone service provider sucks!!! i never hace any service. if and when i have service and are trying to talk to some one i can have full service and the call still cuts out!! would not recomend to anyone. they also dont cover any where like Verizon or AT&T
what does the contract start around a month. ha and i love the service i never leave town so i dont really need another phone.
